Had a great experience with these guys after handing in my Sigma lens on a Saturday at Cameraland (Cameraland is a partner of theirs, conveniently located next door to them and Tudortech is not open on the weekends). I got feedback about the lens on Wednesday the following week and was able to pick it up on Friday. They were very accommodating with my timeline and very knowledgeable and helpful. My lens just needed some servicing, adjusting and cleaning, so the job was not too long. Thanks guys, really appreciate your help.

Just want to give a shout out to Zara and Greg. We came down from Jhb and contacted them for a repair on a pair of binoculars. Handed them in and returned an hour later to collect. Just perfect. Thank you for this exceptional service.

Late in 2021 I sent my older model Sigma lens in for repairs, back then I was already advised that my particular model has been discontinued and that spares aren't available anymore, regardless they booked it in to see what can be done. This wouldn't be a 5 star review if they didn't manage to repair my lens and at a very reasonable price I might add, but wait there is more... Now this time around I had an unrelated issue to the previous and again they booked it in knowing that spares aren't available anymore, not only did they manage to find the needed part laying around their shop to repair my lens, but didn't charge me for it; but wait still not done, they even offered to deliver my lens to my house in Blouberg free of charge... Now that is what I call service!! Big shout out!!Many thanks to Gregory who repaired my lens and to Myles for the service and arranging the home delivery.If you have a Sigma lens which is past its sell by date, but don't want to replace it or maybe don't have the cash to do so, like in my case, they will look after you, repair your lens to the best of their abilities and not charge you an arm and a leg for it.

Dismal service. Poor customer care and communication. Staff disinterested and unmotivated. Took 2 weeks for a standard service on a Dyson vacuum cleaner.
