Probably the worst service level I have ever encountered. Rude and abrubpt with no customer service level or communication skills.When enquiring about a fridge repair you are told telephonically that you should rid of your brand new Double Door fridge and rather buy a new one as he does not see the value or reason to come and look (call-out) at the fridge.He tried every way possible not to do the call out as it was probably not worth the effort or enough money to be made.Would defenitly NOT recommend their service to anyone, as I am used to professional service where I come from in JHB.*When reviewing people please dont review friends or family as it creates false advertising and expectations for actual paying, potential clients.If there was an option for a NO STAR rating, i would opt for that.
