I phoned to enquire about available lengths and thicknesses on nuts and washers. The salesperson was irritated and stated that he is the only person on duty and that he had other customers waiting. I hung up.

Their service is terrible! Second time in a row. Poor sales staff, they don't really want to help you and want to get rid of you as soon as possible. Not friendly at all, don't even greed you.

I am unable to make contact with anybody here. I phoned several times last week, and again several times the weeks before, without any answer. I then drove to the store thinking they are just bad with their phone, and it was closed. Just put a voice mail on indicating you are closed for sometime, it would have saved me a 40 minute trip.
