No response at all after trying numerous times to contact them. Pathetic service from your PE branch to say the least. Could you please get someone at your offices to contact me urgently please.

I am a Professional Nurse, I have a pending Identity Theft case, someone stole my documents and worked as me for a private nursing company. I owed Sars about R16, 000 in 2019,and Scorpion fought for me I won. Again in 2021 I owed Sars about R51, 000,again Scorpion fought for me I won again, all debt scraped off my name. Im so happy I joined Scorpion.

The only place in the time of 10Feb2022 and 7Feb2022 that explained a little why I can't enter a building if I have a cough.

Poor service from these people, I regret joining them. Most useless law firm I’ve come across. FNB Legal was much better than this. People must stay away and find a more efficient law firm. The services I have just received from a member of staff that I was on a call with was disgraceful. The lady who was on the other end of the line could not even bare listening to what I was enquiring about, instead her tone and manner in which she addressed me was indicating that she was uninterested in what was to be said. To imagine that the company promotes helping the helpless but cannot stand to hear one's story even before the story has been told. I tried calling again but all of a sudden the call was not being answered, it would ring until it would either be rejected or declined. Just to bad I couldn't get hold of the name of the person who answered. Sort that out.
