This is the worst service I have received in a long time. I purchased a lounge suite in December 2021 which was damaged when delivered. They promised and exchange when the wearhouse opened in 2022.I was fine with that .It's now March and since January to now many promises have been made and broken as to when delivering would take place. Yesterday was supposed to be the real deal I took a day of from work to be home and they were a no show.Making a purchase at that store was a big mistake on my part.

I bought a recliner lounge suite and when it arrived, the 2 seater was broken. I then called them and they said they would replace it when stock came in, which they did. The replacement came and I noticed that the single seater stitching was loose. I went through the same process of sending pics and they sent someone to assess and they eventually replaced the single seater. I then noticed the replacement chair was ripped on the one side. I called and spoke to a manager named Felecia, who assured me that she would personally inspect the replacement before it went out. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from her. I called and the receptionist put me through to Felecia who's phone went to voicemail and when I called back, there was no answer at reception after multiple attempts. Their service is pathetic and I doubt weather I would buy from them again.

Store is conveniently located in Blue Route Mall with direct access from the undercover parking and situated next door to Checkers Hyper. House and Home has a decent variety and range of furniture and a varied price range, though their lounge sets and couches are more extensive than the other furniture. Service could have been slightly sharper though. They didnt have prices on quite a few of the couches so I kept having to ask the salesperson who would need to check everything on a computer. That was annoying and should have been better.

Very good I stay far from the shop but i chose to come here because of the service which makes the difference in shopping, the attendent was helpful i ended up buying here only because of the service and attention i was given.

I purchased a Defy fridge from your Tokai branch end December 2020...When it arrived it was dented and I requested a replacement... This was a tedious process which took 3 weeks...Now, not even 10 months later, it is not making cold at all... I have been trying to get your staff to attend to the matter since 8 October (4 days ago) with no joy.They claim they can't get hold of Defy in Johannesburg (why there; and not Capetown only they would know)My meat in my freezer is busy spoiling which will result in substantial financial loss caused by your personnel's inability to resolve issuesYour immediate assistance in this regard is appreciated

One of the baddest services I've received by far from this branch, I came and laubuy a washing machine early January than when I called to collect and pay the difference thy have a story thy don't have the stock however its advertised on the shop floor and is on special, than boom o went to pay and delivery still came till this hour, I've called almost 100 times and getting the same old story, please guys You the customer's hero's in retail make there experience worth while stop sitting on the stock with Your phones playing music on the demo stock and chatting like there no manager.

The delivery guy was very unprofessional. Firstly I get a call from someone to inform me about the delivery and all I hear are people laughing at the fact that he can't pronounce my surname. When he arrived he made inappropriate comments and attempted to hold me. Very disgusting behaviour !!!

Horrible service at its best, I went there to purchase a gas stove, before I purchased it I asked the salesman if the stove had electric igniters and he said it did. I paid for the stove got home only to find out that the stove doesn't have igniters at all, so I returned it the following day and the manager told me that they can refund me but I must wait until they have cash and they can't reverse back the money into my card a because it's a debit card. I found this to be absurd as who in this day and age goes to a furniture shop with cash. They're very quick to take your money but when it comes to refunds they make you jump through hoops.

I thought im the only one who have had such bad experience. I bought a dessembled table from them.when it came it didn't have any manual as to how i can assemble it.i let that one slide. I then bought a bed from them this January. I paid cash and when the bed was delivered the legs could not fit under the base. The mattress is torn. I have been trying to get hold of them and they keep saying they will call me. The salesman who helped me cannot even reply to my messages. Such horrible service for tokai branch.i wish i had looked at the reviews before buying.this looks like its their way of doing business. Is there nothing that can be done like seriously.i yhoufht its only me who noticedd that there is too many staff there but they wont even bother to help until you ask

Very pleasant experience. Was shopping for furniture. Friendly and easy to talk to salespeople. They know their job. Nice to have a well informed person who looks after all your questions.
