Summervale retirement village biggest disappointment ever. So many unkept promises.Once contract was signed we were on our own. Sales says her job stops at sales so her job is done. Management not interested in talking to anybody can't get hold of the kitchen to order food. My mom got covid and they stopped any services immediately. This is supposed to be a retirement village with 24hr service facility when needed.This is something I will be taking further as we were not informed that the place will shutdown with no services when something like this happensManagement don't even take your calls or return your calls

I respect security at the village ... Our elderly needs protection and I love the friendly faces at the gate ... no matter how long it takes !! Lovely facilities, trusted and caring staff look after our parents with the patience they deserve

Mother moved in today. Friendly people and some she actually know from before! Food, braai vleis, at Kumkwart is good and service is excellent! I am happy she is moving in there! I know she is too!

I live here and so far it is really nice. It is a beautiful environment and so peaceful. The restaurant is really good. The staff are very friendly.

A wonderful retirement village, with free standing and flat living available. Great looking restaurant and pub ( haven't eaten there yet - going on recommendation). Sick bay and frail care available. Close to large shopping complexes and sea. Highly recommended.

Summervale Care Centre is absolutely wonderful.Everyone, from management down to the cleaners are warm, compassionate, kind and caring.Nothing is ever too much trouble!!The caring of patients" is extended to their families
