Everything seemed to be low on stock. Not as inviting as always in the past. Floor Staff give excellent assistance and are polite and neat.

Neat store, but staff need to be more helpful.I will walk litralley, for a half an hour, looking for something, but no floor person will come and offer assistance. I must look for them to assist me.

UNTRAINED SALES RAPS. I BOUGHT A CANON PIXMA MG2540S AND CANON TRI CARTRIDGES. AS I WAS SETTING IT UP TODAY I NOTICED IT WAS MISSING A USB CABLE. I HAD TO CALL THE STORE JUST TO BE TOLD THAT I HAD TO BUY THE CABLE ASIDE, IT DOESN'T COME WITH THE CABLE. THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED ON HOW TO INFORM A CUSTOMER ON THEIR ITEMS, THEY SHOULDN'T LOOK AT MAKING SALES TARGETS. A HAPPY CUSTOMER WILL ALWAYS BE LOYAL BUT WITH SUCH THINGS IT WONT HAPPEN ANYTIME SOON. THEY NEED TO STEP UP THEIR GAME.

Absolutely useless , i honestly don't know why it is still here. Never has any stock. Staff have no product knowledge and you wait an hour for some one to help you and then they tell you the items on display are for display only, because they have no stock.

Usual game store with less of the goods-looks clean but disorganized and on a couple of occasions prices were unavailable and became a search. Lots of slow tellers and staff wandering about but really doing nothing-and when you require assistance, they a disappear.

The shop is always welcoming with the security staff always giving a helping hand. The layout and setting of items are encouraging. Good place to do shopping on Wednesdays.
