Highly recommended! These guys really do know what they are doing! They will make a plan for you and go out of their way to remain patient while understanding the sometimes complex situation of keys, alarms etc. Thank you for your help.

Officially the worst service received from bluff locksmiths, the lock they replaced broke in less than a week. They replaced the gate lock but didn’t have the right tools initially, after coming back they did a make shift job replacing the lock, the callout was R400 and lock R220. When the lock broke we asked them to come and check what had happened and they asked for a R700 call out fee just to come look at the inferior quality job they did. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service, I haven’t received any response to my WhatsApp which was read by the recipient. I will not recommend these people to anyone unless you want to be left with a security issue of not having proper locks in your house. We have had to stay with a broken gate lock and call in another locksmith to repair the old lock.

Highly recommended,the guys know what they are doing.I lost my key and I phoned them at 16h50 and they said they are closing at five but they will wait for me. I was there at 17h15 and they helped me with a smile.You guys are good at your job.

Job was done okay... but they forgot to put in the chip in my key and I had to take the key back to them to sort it out..... the next day when I went to sort my ignition barrel out they forgot to put in a spring and I had trouble starting my vehicle later that night

Such efficient service, needed a new gate remote, within the hour someone had delivered and reprogrammed a new gate remote. Also had a battery that died in our car remote, took it in and it was changed within minutes
