2 payments were done in-store using the card facility, to pay for a business profile. This was done on 30th August 2021. It is now 27 October 2021 and vodacom customer care claims that they have not received payment till this day. Lines have been suspended since August and was only unsuspended after making an additional payment (which, surprisingly can be found). Still there is no trace of the payment. Vodashop chatsworth claims to have allocated funds yet it is still not on the system.. where are the funds??? Both parties cannot resolve this issue and it's always back and forth.. this is unacceptable and disloyal!

Very poor service. My phone went in for repairs. And returend 2 weeks later. But the phone was not fixed. So i sent it back and i still do not have my phone . They keep saying they will call me back. But thats the same story everyday

Absolutely useless staff been there 6 times with failed attempts to port a number then i decide to do it myself go there again to purchase a rica sim card surprise surprise they failed to rica the sim card never been so speechless the incompetence level in level in this shop is 5 stars

Well we are just a number

My wife and I took a contract from vodacom chatsworth centre on the 21st February 2021, on that day they told us there isnt stock and they will call us on the following up Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and they never called. On wednesday we had to call the store to get answers and there was still no stock. They told my wife to call on friday to check. On friday she called and they said they have the stock and we can fetch on Saturday which is today.Today we got to the store and had to wait 30 minutes outside with no assistance and then when we got into the store.. we spend another 30 minutes waiting for any sought of assistance cause the guy we took the contract with was not at work. Upon receiving assistance after waiting almost an hour they tell us, they dont have stock for contract phones and only cash phone stock was at the store.Pathetic and terrible service from vodacom. Cause now we wasted an entire morning and week waiting for something we dont even know if it will be coming anymore.Dont join vodacom. Pathetic customer service at Chatsworth Centre Durban.
