The ridge branch is terrible. Staff is deadbeat.the guy responsible for earphones was not knowledgeable bout products gave incorrect info.the supervisor at the till point is useless has a bad attitude not vibrant no smile asked for help she walked away from me. Where is the former Chatsworth branch staff

Worst clicks store . Manager leaves store and second in charge does not even know. Rude staff and not very help. Had to wait for about 20 minutes at the till for sugar machine. The store is hot because the air conditioner not working for months. The customer is not important to this store. IT is very sad.

the whole idea of sending a script 2 hours before is to have meds pre packed and ready for collection , these people seem to be running a icky mouse club , who makes a person wait 2 hours for that , then to they cant find the script when they clearly acknowledge receiept of script when you called in , they promise to call u back and never dounacceptable behavior

The worst I can rate them is a 1 star. Atrocious customer service ever. I have made numerous attempts to call Clicks Chatsworth... They don't answer, divert or cut the call. It is absolutely disappointing with this level of service

Hats off to Priya and Casandra !!My wife and I went to Clicks for our Covid vaccinations today. According to our notification we travelled from north of Durban to Chatsworth. We would like to say a special thanks to Casandra and Priya for their outstanding service, friendly and compassionate disposition. Both worked wonderfully well as a team and informed us in great detail about possible side effects and other related information, all of this accompanied an appreciating sense of humour - Thank you again, Chris & Rose

The pharmacists are unbelievably slow they leave you at the counter for long periods and spend more time talking amongst themselves and have an extremely long queue of people waiting to get help with medication.
