Consistently excellent service. I've done my last 2 services here and my A class is going better than ever. I always feel well informed and I always feel personally taken care of. When my car made a strange noise, Alan saw me at short notice, identified the issue and got it fixed on the same day!

Really great service. I have a Nissan Qashqai and whilst they are Mercedes specialists they did an excellent job. No issues just effecient reliable and most importantly honest.

I took my vehicle to JFT Motors in February 2023 for a steering lock problem and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The service was so bad that the same problem occurred within two hours of collecting my vehicle, I only started the car twice. To make matters worse, when I took the car back the next day, I had to pay for a tow car which cost me R1000. On collecting the vehicle, the second time, I was horrified to find that the steering was so loose that it bumped every time the vehicle drove over an uneven surface which is completely unacceptable and put my safety at risk. I expected to receive a quality repair and instead, I was faced with additional problems, inconveniences and expenses. Others who read this review need to think twice before taking their vehicle here.

Needed a Service A done. Spoke to Claudia-amazing service, efficient and a pleasure to chat to. Took car in 7:30 on a Monday morning and Alan and his team did a stellar job. Completed in less than 3 hours WITH THOROUGH CHECKS DONE! Alan is very passionate and knowledgeable! If you have a merc I highly recommend JFT!
