The IIE's Varsity College - Nelson Mandela Bay

It was great while studying, However now that I need a single document sent to WES I am unable to get any response from them. No replies on emails - Pointless convos Via the Phone and a useless BOT on the FB Channel.

I would like to say that I'm so disappointed with VC snd how they handle matters. I have been requesting a transcript with a confirmation letter since the 15 of february but all they do is give me a run around. I have to say my experience with varsity college has been terrible, the communication between the university and myself has been horrible and they never answer any calls. Secondly they are all about taking money but when it comes to the end of the year they don't communicate about how to go about getting a transcript and letter. VC has been very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. A school I applied at sent my things to the department of education and they were returned because I don't have a letter from VC confirming my completion of the degree. I have called several times and waited for hours for you to answer and I wasn't told that I needed to apply online for the transcript and letter. VC misinforms students about the process of things, I am disappointed and I am so glad I will no longer return to this college. I definitely won't advise anyone to waste their money with them.Now I have to wait within 24hours to get a confirmation letter, whereas I need it today ASAP. Definately won't forget my experience with you guys.

The private institution, be it correspondence or full time attending courses always is the best. I also studied there years gone back. Finance, Public Relations, Information Technology, Book keeping, Project Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, Journalism, Supply Chain, Marketing, Office Administration, Pastel and many more.

It's a friendly environment for learning and development of social skills. Service is efficient

Awesome institution! They have one of the best internationally accredited teaching/education courses in the country, if not the best. Super friendly and professional staff who you can count on at all times. Quick and effective service over the phone/email every time. I am in my final year of Intermediate Phase Teaching here and I loved every bit of it. Very sad that I need to leave soon, haha!

They are the worst varsity to study at. Very disorganized and put student under a lot of pressure. Subjects are only loaded at the end of the term. They don't communicate very well. They are also very sneaky with their finances. Every time when I ask for my financial statement they send me the wrong one. When I asked for the correct statement I get block on email.They are very unprofessional and dishonest. Really not worth it.

Poor communication from the campus. Sent an email regarding an error that the varsity made and I have not received a response to my email and it's been two weeks. Eventually had to phone to get it sorted. A lot of money to pay for this.

Very fun to study here. The atmosphere is very energetic and youthful. The lecturers are great and know exactly what they are doing. The cafe is also pretty good, grreat food and great service.
