Am walking with crutches, the Makoti lady who is working there assisted me by taking my staff and pay it for me while I was relaxing in a comfortable chair

Staff not answering their landline, calling to make an enquiry, no one answering

A great experience and there is a variety for men.

Store always clean and nicely packed.

Friendly staff from the door up to the Tellers, got what I wanted and more,Will definitely go inside whenever I need something!

Not much of a range that suits me

They are closed in Bellville and it is not even 2pm yet, I am not sure whether they opened today. This branch is such a disappointment.

Visited 2 Truworths stores in one day, first I called the stores to find out whether the items I was interested was still available.The first store I was at Willowbridge, I called and the phone was answered within 3 rings, The second store in Bellville (Voortrekker Road), I tried to call more than 5 times, no one answered the phone. On the one time the phone was answered the call was killed before I could even speak.On visiting the two stores, the branch at Willowbridge helped me immediately, (even-though there was someone collecting or dropping items off), however , my visit to the Bellville branch was not as pleasant. The product I wanted had no pricing on, so I needed to request a price and confirm whether it was the same as what was advertised on the internet. After eventually resolving the pricing I proceeded to pay for the product. I ended up standing in a que for more than 15 minutes( only one person was on the tills. The line was long and only after requesting assistance did they attempt to bring on another person to assist the girl at the till. The lady whom I assumed was the manager of the branch did not appear to be very helpful and barked out instructions to the assistants in the store. All in all, the visit to the Bellville branch left me feeling frustrated and irritated. I will not visit there again.

The ques are often long with very few tellers working, the variety of clothes are also not like that of other stores
