BMTirkasso Mart

Absolutely terrible service. Twice I ordered and paid for my own courier and both times there have been delays on the store's side. Their whatsapp agents take days to respond or don't bother to respond at all. I would advise strongly against purchasing as you just get the run around.

I placed my order yesterday and today I received my tracking details. Usually when I place orders with BM Tirkasso they take very long and I have to follow up multiple times and receive my orders after 2 weeks. But this time they have out done themselves. Big ups to order line1.

I placed an order online and paid on the 21st of December. I was told my order will be delivered after Christmas when I followed up via WhatsApp but until today my order was not delivered. I have send emails & WhatsApp messages to track my order but no one is replying to the messages. I'm starting to think that this is a scam. Money gone but no delivery. I want my money back if the shop can't deliver as promised.

I have shopped at BMTirkasso Mart for the past three years. I have not found a better place to stock different items. The selection is always increasing. I always find something new to buy. The prices are reasonable and the orderlines are friendly. Mostly receive my orders within 2 days. Keep it up!!

Worst service ever, Nina does not want to do her Job.I have been trying to place an Online Order Via WhatsApp, Over 1 week now and they can't give me the total or banking details, I have been asking her daily but no response from them. I did tell them that it was for a special present and now the date is gone. NEVER TRYING THESE GUYS AGAIN. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love the quality they are what I paid for and they were delivered the same week I ordered them. Thank you for such a beautiful service
