To be honest, EBO doesn’t even deserve one star!Rude staff/ CEO, and this was before we even received the scooter!Furthermore, like Marita Steyn, our daughter only had use of her gift for a very short period( days).The lack of customer service is shocking and their products seem to be cheaply made and unable to withstand any sort of terrain that a scooter with usually be used in. Our daughter also had a serious injury because the accelerator/ throttle got stuck( scooter kept accelerating despite her trying to use brakes). Their assessment is a way for them to get out of refunds within the 7 day period…Overall, shocking service and product!

I live in Cape Town and from the moment I ordered my sons Ride on Jeep I have had nothing but excellent service. The car was delivered fully assembled and ready to ride. A short while later the steering wheel broke, so I told Exclusive brands and they arranged a collection, diagnostics and repair. My sons car was returned via courier and he couldn't be happier. What amazing service. Service unseen in todays times. Hover board is great quality and works perfectly. Mine had a tiny issue with something rattling inside. It was no issue at all for Exclusive Brands to sort out with a report and all. Great experience, Great Products

The service is impeccable. We bought an electric car from Exclusive Brands Online a year ago for my sons birthday. The battery recently stopped charging, I e-mailed Exclusive Brands Online, within a day they had couriered a new battery and charger to me at no extra cost. The car works perfectly now and my kids are so happy.

The aftercare service is fantastic. Even replied during festive season. Will def recommend and order from them again anytime.

Very, very bad after sale service. I bought hoverboard for my daughter, not working properly. Send it to be fixed twice. It’s still not working. Poor communication and feedback during repairs.

Decided to buy Iglide hoverboard for a reputable place so that I can have a legit warranty, the battery stopped working in less than a month, sent in for evaluation and its just excuses 1st time was recalibration (bullcrap) then sent it in again and they blamed that the battery was bumped through the metal casing, opened the device its nearly impossable unless the whole body cracks open. Rather support local spaza shops and not have flase hopes on warrenty, this place has the same warreny as and pop up shop. Wanted to charge me R1000 for a battery that dos not last a month, got one of takealot that already lasts longer then their legit" stock they provide."

i replied to an AD for a kids ride on car on a sunday afternoon, and by the end of that day , i had ordered it and had confirmation. i received the car this morning . absolutely fantastic service . well done guys. that is the way to do business :-)

We purchased a ride on for our little boy and he accidently drove into the pool with it. We contacted exclusive brands immediately and they assisted us very well to get this sorted.
