Customer service is one of the best. Beds are well made and nicely tucked in. Running water with shower fitted in some rooms.

Lala lapha has the potential to be a great accommodation option when you are in Matatiele. The room was clean, bedding neat and they are really trying share their best presentation. They can however improve on their customer services like reception and guest sign in. Also did not have soaps, shampoo and coffee facilities, but they are really trying to keep their customers happy. After bringing my concerns under the attention of the owner, they added coffee and tea facilities to my room. Because I left early in the morning they also did not complain about giving me a lunch pack.

One of the best B&B's in town. Located perfectly as you enter Matatiele from kokstad. The owners are great and friendly...they food is great!!!!!
