After a recommendation last week I used Cosmos from Ashreair. We contacted him on 17 February to quote on repairs. He arrived on 18 February to look at the oven which was not heating and the light was not working. He told us that the wiring was done incorrectly and that he would rectify it. After quoting R1000 he repaired the oven and left with it apparently working. No parts were supplied or quoted for. After a couple of days we realized that the light was flickering and the oven was heating but not cooking. We sent him a message saying that the oven was not working correctly. His reply the following day was that he had no car for the entire week as his bakkie was being repaired. He arrived in a purple sedan to do repairs not a bakkie. Unsatisfied by his response and having to wait another week I attempted to phone him (phone off), WhatsApped him, messaged him on Facebook messenger. After seeing that the messages were read and no reply was forthcoming I also put a message on his Facebook page Please phone asap regarding oven repaired last week but still not working properly ". Eventually I phone him twice more and get hold of him. I explained that waiting 1 week for delivery is not acceptable as he was paid for repairs not properly done. Surely he can assist us in the same vehicle as used previously. He assured me that he would attend to the problem on Thursday morning. Two hours later I receive an abusive
