What started out as a pleasant experience; ended up very poorly. I left with a substandard product, that I can't use. I will not be supporting this branch, in fact, I will not step foot in another Absolute Pets franchise again! Been put off for life!

An elderly staff member had an extremely bad attitude and displayed unnecessary sass for absolutely no reason at all. You’re not being helpful, just let customers browse in peace. I definitely won’t be supporting this branch!

Deep in the heart of Durbanville, Absolute Pets is a rather cosy store. Staff are knowledgable to a degree and the selection available is wide despite the floor space being quite minimal.

This store has the kindness staff, they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I love getting my doggie treats here and anything else like chew toys, winter jerseys, shampoo, tick and flee medicine. Dogs beds. They obviously cater for cats too but I mostly go for dog supplies.

Absolute Pets, Aurora, Durbanville is great. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistants, wide range of products and pet treats. I won't shop anywhere else for my pets.
