I visited Sunglass Hut inside Edgars, Tygervalley Centre, late yesterday afternoon. I went with my friend, Lee, who was looking for a new pair of Rayban sunglasses. The excellent service we got from Farook and Devronito absolutely blew us away. They were SO patient with my friend, who could not make up her mind and then walked the extra mile to find her the right pair at another branch. You have to absolutely look after employees like them. 10 stars for those two guys!

I went to the Sunglass Hut in Tygervalley this Saturday, and was immediately met with a smile from Aqeela. Aqeela helped me try on a few pairs, but she was adamant I also try the Prada WS19 Black sunglasses, and I immediately fell in love. Aqeela took the shape of my face into account, and the fact that I wanted something modern, yet timeless - and BOOM! I bought the Prada pair within 5min of arriving at the store. A great investment & excellent service! Thanks, Aqeela.

Outstanding service, a definite visit, beautiful glasses and a wide selection to choose from. My glasses feels comfortable, clear , very light on my face and sit on my eyes perfect.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, BUT I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses, took one pair back for refund on the 25th of Nov. They could not reverse the monies back into my account via their card machine.Thanks to Faruk and his team at Tygervalley branch, I received a proof of payment today. It was a long wait and I am still of opinion that head office must get their act together. No help if the branch is fantastic but head office is more in training than available to handle admin issuse.
