The security is rude and unprofessional. Very poorly managed place. Very untidy, I wonder if there will be anything left if the health department visits this place. It's such a SHAME there are people who call themselves managers of this place.

WORST COMPLEX EVER!Farelli Holdings is a disgrace to say the least, they have absolutely no idea what is happening they are completely rude and extremely unorganised, it took almost two full months of back and fourth to get my deposit back, after sending constant mails daily for feedback.This complex is NOISY and DIRTY!When something is wrong with your unit, expect to wait for weeks to be assisted.The units are definitely not worth the price considering the state of the complex and the area and the incompetence of the agencyThe entrance gate is extremely inconvenient, as there is tons of traffic to get out the complex, and multiple people’s tires have been popped because of the inconvenience of the spikes at the gate.Apart from the gate, the entrance where people walk in is always stacked with people waiting to get out, as you have to use fingerprint biometrics, which is really not covid friendly, as the sanitiser at the gate is ALWAYS EMPTY, with everyone using their fingers on the gate. this complex is a COVID breeding station.There is also an elevator in the complex that NEVER works.They have a washing machine/ tumble dryer bay - which costs 40 rand for a wash, which is not worth it, as your clothes come out drenched in other peoples washing powder, it’s an absolute ripoff.10000000% not suitable for someone who is a professional individual.If you move into this complex take pictures of everything because they will fault you on anything that they can when you want to move out.

Security is tight... Very tight. I like that about these apartments. There are cameras on ever entry and exit point on every floor. The down side is that the apartments are expensive due to the fact that they are close to major amenities.It’s very cosmopolitan, I guarantee you. You will meet every African from across the continent. Most residents are foreigners.

Lorenzo security guy is drunk and clamping cars. He is so drunk and danger to the complex. Other cars packed all over and not clamped. He wanted bribe and we refused as he is drunk as hell at work

If you don't wanna get excited about getting home from work, stay here. The apartments are quite small and overpriced, and you still have to pay for the water meter (which they won't tell you about prior moving in) Nobody cares if you report anything, it gets noisy on the weekends and the elevator had not been functional for the past nine months.

This is the worst place to live in. if i could give it a negative zero i would. Managing agent Farelli such unorganized people i have ever met. The place is noisy with children playing right at your door step so forget getting any work done if working from home.The flats are so dirty inside and out having suspicious characters always hanging around the entrance of the gates.Building manager seems to be unavailable constantly when trying to getting anything fixed or attended to. Its over priced for what they have to offer.

Massive apartment building with 24 hour security .There's a shop and laundromat on the premises for your convenience and safe secure parking inside.The square is quite central and within a few minutes walk from shops, taxis and station only problem is that these flats are quite small not for the claustrophobic at heart.

This is one of the bad place I've ever stay, noise, unfair treatment from management and racist. I've once ordered to pay for their faulty remote gate that hit my car while driving out of the complex in front of a manager. U pay for their own water bt stil you're nt allowed to use ur own washing machine, they want people to use their laundry with old and faulty machine. This complex is pathetic security are armed with big guns as if they guarding refugees. Kids inside are disrespectful playing ball in the parking, scratching cars like scratch card. Nt a good place to call it home

The only beneficial thing from living in this place is the exercise I got from taking six flights of stairs everyday for 9 months because the lift was broken and it still hasn't been fixed. The rooms are small, the kitchen is full of cockroaches (when you ask for fumigation they tell you they fumigated before you moved in which is a lie).This place is too expensive for the state that the apartments are in as well as the poor maintenance of the complex. When I moved in (March), the kitchen sink was leaking and I reported it but it wasn't fixed until it finally broke in August, flooding my kitchen and damaging the stove in the process.If you don't like kids, this is not a place for you. In fact , even if you love them, that might just change once you live in this place. There are lots of kids, they are loud and disrespectful, running all over the place, you can kiss your peace and quiet goodbye.And lastly, don't think you will get your deposit back. They will find something for you to pay for, you will also be charged for things that were never repaired before you moved in.
