Been here a few times now for tools etc.Friendly staff and great store.Can't complain.

Worst experience ever. Bought an iPhone 7 and after two days I discovered that the phone was Icloud locked. I returned a phone for two days and they still failed to unlock the phone. When it comes to a refund, it became a circus as I was sent from pillar to post as the manager said to me that the store doesn't have money and had to wait 3 hours for the refund

If there was anything below 1 star, it would go to Cash Crusaders Ballito Junction. The service I received from the sales staff ; Musa and team was exceptional. About three weeks ago I purchased a laptop from this store. It was an entry level laptop. It ran really slowly and was not what I expected it to be, meaning it wasn’t built to accommodate the programmes I need to run on it. I called the store on the second day asking if I could bring it in for a refund and a sales consultant told me that I could. So I took it back on the third day and requested a refund as it was still well within the 7 day return policy. The manager - Anele, was very rude and dismissive - grinning and disregarding everything I was saying. He refused to give me a refund and said that I have to take the laptop. I refused to take the laptop back as I wasn’t going to take something that I wasn’t happy with and was never going to use. It was only after contacting their head office and speaking to their regional and area managers that a refund was granted. This was a terrible first experience, shopping at a Cash Crusaders store, and it will most definitely be my LAST.Certainly DO NOT recommend!!

Don't bother. Staff can't be bothered to help you. And can't really hear anyone over the super loud music

I pawn an item at this Cash crusaders , not looking to sell the item. And the day that I wanted buy it out , they refused me and told me that they put it on sale. But I was on time. I had to argue with the manager , she only help after I had to pay a bribe of R100 and a extra payment about that. They didn't allow me to pay for my item , so that I can take it home ; I have to wait another month first. I am very displeased with the sevice they gave me and wouldn't recommend this shop.

I first gave it 1 star because of how arrogant and dismissive the owner/manager was when I came in to sell my musical equipment. Then I went back, and dealt with some amazing guys who took the time to explain things to me. They also gave me great prices for my goods.

Worse store to do business with you buy things from them when the item gives problems then they got stories why they can't do a refund. Sell a item to them and they damage it opon testing it then the manager get very rude with me and tells me to leave the store after damaging my item

Good store with a wide range of products. Easy access & pleasant staff
