I unfortunately have to say that they charged me 14 thousand rand to put in extensions for my mother and myself (I paid for the extensions myself this was just for their time) My mother and myself regret spending that money at their establishment. After 4 days I had to go seek out another hairdresser to assist me in rebonding the extensions as what gary rom did was falling out and they wanted to charge me an additional 3 thousand rand after promising ne a free follow up and wash and blowave. My mother and I are extremely disappointed Gary Rom won't ever see me again. Absolutely disgusting

Yesterday I went to this salon desperately looking for someone to wash my hair since we haven’t had any water in the area that i live for 5days. Without an appointment, Kayla took me in, let Taylor wash my hair and was so so friendly. I didn’t tell them, but it’s my birthday today, and I really just didn’t want to spend my day with a dirty head of hair. Their friendliness and helpfulness made my day and they definitely won me over as a new client. Thank you again!!!

Too much hard sell of their products. I simply wanted a pampered and relaxing cut and blow!Received a good end product, reasonably priced within the ranges of a good salon but next time I will state from the start to please not extoll the features of every product as they go along.
