We had a one of a kind, irreplaceable, very special item to laser engrave, we did multiple tests to ensure the quality was good and that things were lined up perfectly. When it came to the actual item, the staff was unable to line the engraving up as per the provided specifications, she could not spare the extra 5 seconds to ensure that the art was centered. The result a complete F-up. Our item completely ruined.We have been supporting the store for a long time, but never again. I would not recommend coming here for any kind of signage or engraving unless you are happy with sloppy, half-ass work.
