Loved my first visit there and had a great experience. Staff member that approached me offered to help with any queries. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe a bigger range of medium to heavy rods in the front of the store? I may have missed it as there was so many great things to look at!

Good selection of trawling lures and kotas for tuna and sailfish. Also have a nice selection of spinners and soft bait for bass. The staff was overall friendly and helpful and didn't get under one's feet while browsing through the Iles. There was some stuff on the specials table that was very nicely priced and of course it went into the basket. The Kotas was also really well priced. When we arrived there was ample parking outside which was a bonus. Checkout was quick and overall a pleasure doing shopping there

I was looking for a specific rod, found Big Catch, messaged, and got a reply. Yes, they have the rod. I was nervous to use them, because I didn't know them. Well, paid anyway. One day later I have in my hand, my new rod, delivered by courier. I was really blown away by the levels of service, communication and just peace of mind. I had another request, emailed and got my reply, paid and my parts are on their way. Really easy to deal with, great website, excellent prices and the online ordering is a pleasure. Will definitely use Big Catch every time I need fishing kit. Well done guys!
