Horrible! Got a cooker hood that won’t fit (all parts are boxed up) and have been waiting for them to collect. I’ve been hassling them for over a month and won’t even get replies to my emails. I will definitely not come back here and told my friend who needed a kitchen appliance to run. This is definitely the worst after-sales service I have experienced!

Waited three weeks for my washing machine to be fixed and they keep deferring the appointment to replace a part with no prior notification. Absolutely pathetic and appalling service.
