I came into the store to purchase some plumbing and required some of the pipes to be delivered , this was scheduled to be delivered from the distribution the next day, a gentleman by the name of Henk who assisted me noticed that there was no stock available at the distribution center and instead on his leave day picked up the goods from the store and used his personal vehicle to deliver the goods to me. That's some exceptional customer service! I hope someone acknowledges him for his exceptional customer service.

Reasonable stock of common plumbing items, but limited range. Atrocious service. Complete disinterest in anything not on their shelves. All I got was a shrug. He the turned his back on me and walked away. I will not go to this shop again.

Terrible service. No manager present most times. Saving grace is the lady staff member who is helpful and tries to help all customers at once on her own.

I leave work early and travel 45 minutes through load shedding traffic to arrive at Friday at 4.05. Guy in the store just looks at me behind the closed door. Why close at 4 anyway?? Builders closes at 6, will try there first from now on.

When I walked in one staff member walked out another was on the phone and a other one was helping a customer. A minute or so, only the staff member on the phone and I was still in the store. And it remained like this for a while - maybe 3 to 4 minutes. Then a lady staff member arrived greated me and served some one else that walk in same time as her. I could not see what I wanted and by now 10 minutes of mindless waiting prompted me to go to the hardware store diagonally across the complex where I received top notch service even if they did not stock what I was looking for. Plumblink Blackheath, go check how the dudes in the hardware store treat their customers. You could take some tips from them.
