the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing here. the managers are never available and when they promise to call you expect the call back in 3-4 weeks. utterly disappointed.

Their offices are clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and helpful. They conducted my mother's funeral in a respectful and dignified manner. From fetching her body from Mpumalanga to Soweto. Disgusting serviceYou call yourselves Tshebedisano but you have no cooperation nor humanity whatsoever, you never answered my calls  after several attempts you promised to call me back but you never did, your receptionist is very rude you are horrible your service is bad I've been with you for 7 years but when I had a death in 2015 you told me stories I had to go pay cash at another funeral palour, but I still continued with your premium in 2022 I have another death you still told me stories after I had the policy for 7 years and paid R12600 , you never assisted me not once when I'm with you for so many years. My R12600 went down the drain. You are cruel you are just after money

They helped me in the darkest day of my life. I had a policy but it didn't help. They opened up their arms for me. I really appreciated their help.

They are so hard to get hold of. When sending a whatsapp, they advise that they will respond within 72 hours.

I am so dissappointed with the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this funeral parlour no humanity what so ever the receptionist is very rude , i need birthdate and deathdate of my grandfather who was buried at the palour because we need it for a tombstone since his documents got burnt yet i had given the guy the full names , address n year of passing but he couldnt assist cos they dont operate like other funeral parlours .please improve ypur level of service cos you transacting with human for Godsake.

The place is perfect the service 7 out of 10 and the vegetable are not fresh they must do something about this
