Horrible first impression at the Wimpy in Greenstone mall. So my mom and I Decided to take a break from shopping and head to Wimpy. To our surprise when we get to the entrance, three female waitresses don't even welcome us ,the gave us weird looks and one waitress that was seated shouted I'm on lunch I can't serve you"...kindly look into the waitresses. We left immediately even though one waitress tried to lighten the situation and serve us .we were just put off...pity we left

Truly dissapointed with the quality. Chicken was so dry and chewy. Chips were bland and not up to standard. Come on guys!

Went there to have a self care breakfast treat and was met with fast, super friendly and efficient service. The staff are kind, attentive and just great service all round. I got the impression that the team at this wimpy branch love their jobs as it shows in the way they treat their customers. Just what I needed to enhance my self care time. Well done, you guys rock!

I've forgotten their names but Brian (or was it Brayne) and Amanda, i think it was.... They made our mother's day surprise for our mom so special. Their service was outstanding. The entire team helped to make mom's surprise a very special surprise. Mom really was emotional. Teddy, you have a well-oiled team on your hands... Their service and nobility is through the roof.

Every visit is a pleasure. We receive fast despite being busy on most days when I came. The staff are very friendly and meals are well prepared.Unfortunately it feels like Wimpy has shrunk their portions and increased their prices.

Wimpy Greenstone turned my awesome day to awful day. Yday, I took my kids out for lunch just to celebrate their grade promotions. The waitresses by the door seemed like they didn't want any new customers in, hence they wanted to go home and enjoy themselves as well (they said to my face) the time was 5pm. I got in, instead. We were served by 3 different waitresses interchangeable, but Carrol is the one who came to take the order, she didn't even write on her book as I was telling what food we're ordering, mind you we were 5 people. We waited about 30 minutes, and food arrives, but my order was totally the WRONG order. She spoke with attitude as if I should eat the food instead, I told I can't hence I ordered mixed grill and it wasn't my fault she wasn't noting down our order as we were telling what we want. I ended up canceling my order, hence I lost appetite and it was already late, and she herself started cleaning/mopping the space we were sitting on. So the whole reception was awful, no one would want to eat in a place, where there is so much rude attitude from the waitresses, and worse bring you wrong order after waiting for 30 minutes being served.
