WOW!!! Just Wow, what an amazing service received from Grant at this dealership. As a first time buyer, I couldn't be more impressed. I literally just signed and got my vehicle, they took care of every shred of paperwork. From licensing, to roadworthy and plates, everything was sorted out by them. on top of it all the post sales service is absolutely impeccable as I only discovered over the weekend a blown speaker on the driver side. In November 2021, my daughter had a serious accident with our vehicle which was subsequently written off. While waiting for her to be examined and treated at Durbanville Medi-Clinic, I started looking for a new vehicle.I knew what we were looking for and with my past experience with Wayne Munroe's late father, Des Munroe, I looked at his stock first.I found what I was looking for and called Wayne at about 19h00. Unfortunately the car was sold and he said that they were getting in another one in which is silver in colour. He saved my number and assured me that he will call me as soon as it came in. Later that week (Friday afternoon) he called to say it had arrived.We visited his Dealership on the Saturday and took the vehicle. The finance application was processed and it was approved and finalised on the Monday.The insurance took 4 weeks to settle the claim and our finance could finally be processed after this was done.I was very concerned that we would lose the car but during the entire process Wayne assured us that we need not worry.This is our second vehicle that we had bought from them - one from Des Munroe and now this one. I can highly recommend them as all their vehicles are in excellent condition with a full service record. I appreciated their superb service, integrity and honesty.
