Poor service they don't do follow up with the client they are doing the delivery for. I had to call them. And I wasn't noticed on time about the levie I had to pay for overseas shipment.

The service and staff are good, only that seems too be too much red tape no matter what you are sending, maybe cause most of the packages are send via plane.

Do you need to send parcels anywhere in the world, get to DHL and theyll help you deliver. Their service is friendly and very helpful, it can be confusing sending a parcel to a place youve never been to. They go through the codes with you and confirm with you, you even have time to call wherever and ask for particular things. No rush, i love it. And yes, they recieved the parcel.

Never use DHL! It's been 2 weeks and paid 3 times and still didn't receive my parcel! Bad bad service and I do not recommend for others to use this service! What a disappointment!
