Took my tv in for a damage report, was told they would email it to me the evening. Did not get it as promised, phoned 4 times for the report over 2 days and was told they would send it. So when i still did not get it i phoned again and was told their emails were down. Thank you for the call to tell me that, when i could of collected it if that was the case. Then after i fetched it and submitted to insurance, insurance called me back to ask if they could put the guarantee period of repair and how long it would take for parts to arrive on the report. I called them and spoke to owner, asked him to please put on report for me and send it to me via whatsapp or i could collect. Then to be told i had to wait another day for them to change the report. My question is? If the service this far is non existent, how will the repair be and the after service. Samsung should get another agent.

Excuse of a an Agent Samsung made the worst mistake, the set up of the shop is not appealing at all.

The last time I was there I encountered a cantankerous old man. He must be the new owner. It was welcoming before. I don't think I'll return.

We dropped off a stand mixer for repair over 6 weeks ago. We were told 3 weeks for a quote. Still no quote received. We cannot get through on their phone lines. 6 weeks no quote, no repair, no contact. Really bad service.

Totally disgusted with them I took my Samsung tv in for a quote to repair they charged me R200.00 to check and report and said that they will get back to me they then phoned and said it will be R2000.00 plus to repair I then went to collect my tv as I was not going to have it repaired at that stage. They then said I have to come back to collect as they have to take the part out first as I am not having it repaired to find out that they were closed in the afternoon. And had to make another trip there. I then took it to another repairer which said that they had put a R20.00 capacitor in and had taken it out. The new repairer said it would cost a fraction of the cost to replace and had the total work done for under R500.00

No very helpful, charge R100 too look at the device, know full well they were not going to fix it

We brought our TV at Ramas in January, it was still under warranty when at the end of October it malfunctioned. We have been waiting for more than a week to get our set back and they have yet to receive any parts for repair.
