The place was clean and the staffs were friendly. My hairdresser was a lovely person but sadly I don't really like my cut. I felt that she lacked experience/skills in cutting straight hair in my option.The cut was R140 but it did not include washing before or afterwards.

I have to say that wearing a mask while cutting my hair was extremely demeaning, embarrassing and highly uncomfortable. I am not going to Gerads any longer if I am going to be forced to use a mask. While my hair was being cut, the lady had to hold the mask onto my face which was so embarrassing, I felt like a slave and a clown. This mask mandates at shops need to be over. This is ridiculous! You've lost me as a customer unless you don't force your customers to wear masks. I've bought a clipper machine for myself because I'm not going to be put through that ever again. This is only because of the mask mandate. I can't agree to that any longer.

This is honestly the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I think my 3 year old niece could do a better job with safety scissors. Staff repeatedly don't listen to input and are unwelcoming. Just pay the extra R30-R40 and go to a respectable barber.

Bad experience with a haircut. Don't know how to cut zero fades. I'm not happy that I spend R170 for a 5mins haircut

This was probably the best Haircut I've gotten in a long time, you don't need an appointment you can just walk in. My first time here and it was very professional, you only get a bad haircut if you don't know how to talk to your barber.I had Rita do my hair and I told her what I was thinking of getting and she did it perfectly. She did what perfectly suited my head and face size, it wasn't what I usually get so I was a bit nervous but I really started to like it. I walked to the Reception expecting to pay 350 and it was only 100Will definitely recommend and come again

Went in for a beard trim and styling, didn't really know what I wanted but when it was done it looked pretty good, when I got home I noticed that one side is cut way more than the other, don't know how I did not see it and how she can just leave it like that, but now I have to shave of a 5month beard and start over, what a waste.

My boyfriend had long hair on the top and short on the side. He decided to cut the top a bit and maybe style it. When he got there he told them what he wanted. They didnt do what he asked. All they did. Was take his hair and cut it half the length. They didn't style it or curve it. And now he is stuck with a bowl cut.It was so unpleasant that we 10 minutes later, we went and found another hair dresser and had to pay again just to fix their mistake.It took no skill for what they did and I could have done what they did and I have no experience.Your hair is part of you for a long time and I think it's important for hair salons to make sure the customer is happy.

got a good haircut, have always been happy with them and their prices are very good ...but the last time the electric cutter and its length adjuster was dirty, full of other people's hair, very unclean.

Experienced staff. Good place to have a haircut!! Very friendly.

I have never left a review,even if i had bad service,but this got to me today.I phoned 45minutes before they closed,enquired about the price so the lady says R120. I responded and said,ok then ill be there now. She said OK.(Driving from Boston) On arrival she said,sorry we fully booked". Never will i go there again."
