Overpriced, lazy and the equipment doesnt alert them. No idea what we are paying for. Had an attempted break-in where the beam alarms were going off. Waited for ISS. Nothing. Eventually phone to be told that there was no activation.

Cette entreprise ne fonctionne pas. Les techniciens viennent quand ils ont le temps ! Lors de mon dernier appel, pour un problème de déclenchement d’alarme, ISS voulait m’envoyer un technicien la semaine suivante. Par contre il y a un bon comptable qui envoi et prélève les factures à peine le travail terminé sans se préoccuper du bon fonctionnement. Je vais me mettre en recherche d’un autre prestataire.
