Great service!!! I can't even tell if my car has been repaired! I was regularly updated via texts and links with images of the process. The job was scheduled for 14 days, it was done in 10 days. Lovely staff as well. They organised transport home too when I brought my car in.

I cannot compliment Kondylis motors enough... I took my vehicle in for repairs last week Tuesday, recieved notifications and photos of where my vehicle was in the repair stage and was notified to collect on Friday already (I was expecting at least a 7 day turn around time), the workmanship was perfect and you can see that they really take pride in what they do. Incredibly friendly, helpful, efficient and skilled. 10/10 would reccomend!

Drove in for a quote. Immediately escorted to the lounge and given a cup of coffee. Wow..super service. Car is still there for repairs. Updates are given via a Web link. All good soo far.

My vehicle was delivered to Kondylis Motors for repairs on 9 October 2021. After many follow ups and delays the vehicle was ready for collection on Friday 6 November 2021 at 15:30pm. On collection I noticed a number of issues and it was agreed that I will take the vehicle for further inspection over the weekend providing I return with a snag list the following Tuesday. I provided my insurance broker a synopsis of what has transpired. To my surprise I was greeted by Mr. Kondylis when I delivered the vehicle for review of the repairs. He advised me that he will personally be taking care of the repairs and that he won't be satisfied until I am happy with the work being carried out. I collected the vehicle 2 days later with a personal handover of the keys by Mr. Kondylis. I am very happy with the final product and appreciative that Mr. Kondylis took time out to attend to my vehicle himself. As the business owner, he was open minded to my concerns and apologized for the inconvenience previously experienced.

19.12.22Their driver think it's cool to treat lady drivers as stupids, driver if you do treat your ladies at home a certain way please do it at home not on the road# I left my name and number at their office but after an hour with no call back, I assume they cool with their driver's behavior on the road21.12.22After a few days with no feed back, i wonder how they feel about woman drivers or do I need to wonder

I had an insurance claim and was sent there.They did the repairs and due to the age of the car and the fact that it was a second hand car that had previous work done to it, they were unable to match the Colour and I had to pay in to get them to match thr Colour and spray and extra panel because they refused to. The wrong Colour seal was ordered and was not told until I saw it and asked about it. I was told they dont make the old one anymore. After arguing they managed to find the right one as they had actually ordered wrong part. So while I waited for thr nee seal to come I took the car eventually. I then got told the seal was there and I could pop in and it would take 5-15 minutes , when they replaced the seal on the fender I noticed a glue bubble and asked about it, they said the clip was broken and they had to glue it. They got paid by insurance to replace the fender and took a short cut and thought no one would know and instead of fixing thr clips they used glue. I now have to be inconvenienced again and go get the fender removed and a new one replaced after painting etc. I can only hope they get the Colour right and that I won’t be asked to pay in even more money to get that sorted out now! They refuse to meet me were I am at and I am expected to drop everything and make it convenient for them to remove the fender and resolve it.I have not had a good experience with them. They have been unprofessional and I don’t like they way they do business and try get away with wrong seal and gluing a part without letting me know or thinking that it’s even ok to do that.I do not recommend these guys at all.After this review, Mr Kondylis called me to say, he doesnt care about my petty letter and that his business is so big and sso good that a little letter like this means nothing to him and he is not prepared to accommodate me and if i want it fixed i will have to come in and be without a working vehicle for an unknown amount of time. Hi did not care about this review and he doesn't care about the business

What a well run operation. I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Kondylis himself who is very hands on and friendly. You can tell the staff are happy. The high standards and excellent customer service is very made clear from the start of booking your car in. Thank you for the amazing work you did on fixing my car. I'd definitely recommend you.
