What a useless shop! Firstly, rather illiterate because they do not understand the difference between reversed and reserved for purchase! I prove that my transaction was process after about 15 minuets, and the fault is on their system, then they say I have to wait even longer so that they can phone their bank instead of them doing that while I had my bak on the phone (another 20 minutes I might add)

Absolutely annoying shopping experience; terrible service... the ladies at the teller need to change their attitude urgently. ... lazy, unfriendly, unprofessional. Not really a welcoming feeling, when they are sitting behind the cash desk and busy typing on their phone. CUSTOMER IS KING' ...FAR FROM IT!

Absolutely disgusted by this shop and staff. I went to buy something and the lady at the fitting room was so busy picking per nose and pushing out zits that she did not even see me waiting for about 30 second, how disgusting and then they expect you to take and give stuff from them without washing hands or anything... SIES
