I went in looking for a few braids (Ive had my hair braided before this is the first time this was a problem) i called before hand for a quote and they quoted me 200 rand (VERY STEEP for like 5 cornrows). BUT Apparently theyre not even going to try working on your hair if u r white, because apparently white hair is too soft for them to work with" - i dont see how this would be a problem if they were professionals bt apparently they aren't and theyre not very friendly in there either."

There is a hairstylist who made me feel extremely uncomfortable because of her unfiltered and rude comments about my hair. A hairstylist can be honest about your hair and offer solutions but don't ridicule the client.

The prices are terribly shocking. I had 12 cornrows done with my own hair and I was charged R250. You would swear they used Fibre or had any additional services that would make me understand that pricing. Very Horrible experience.
