Secure gated village with many perks, own gym, swimming pool, kiddies play area, squash court, soccer astro, amazing restaurant, close to shopping malls, driving range, golf course and highway.

Speak to current residents before renting here. IHS and Whitfields are really bad and very unhelpful.Getting hold of anyone in De Velde is a mission and when you do they are utterly useless. You will how ever get fines every now and then for laundry being visible thru a window without any prior correspondence. Basically a perpetual pit of old tannies with nothing better to do than complain about pointless things.Management is bad. IHSPM is worse.

I wish I did my due diligence before buying into de velde! Management is absolutely horrendous. Conduct rules are so unreasonable, fines are issued haphazardly, and rules are not applied equally to all members. Actually moving out and putting up the place for rent, and then eventually selling

Excellent security, if you have an access code from the person you want to visit, then entry is quick & easy, make sure you look on the board @ security for directions to the block & the number, the complex is built really strange, some numbers & blocks just hidden away, for instance block 103, hidden right @ the back & around the corner of 101, really confusing.

Looking to buy here but very disturbed by a few reviews in various places around social media. We can't afford to make a mistake. I'm also not looking to live somewhere where management is bad & old tannies run the show bullying people. I'm scared to buy here now....We're also disturbed by the fact that there are many airbnb's here, and too many other rentals, which is not a good thing for many reasons.

Don't even think of renting here nevermind buying. The noise levels are insanely loud throughout the day. Cars arriving late in the evening with their music blasting. Neighbour's partying day in and day out regardless of complex noise rules. They're supposed to get a fine but nothing is ever done about it. All the facilities look nice but the only usable feature is the restaurant. Pool is always packed, soccer turf is packed, squash court is always booked out.Only good thing is the security. They actually do their jobs well.
