Will never return. Quoted me a R 15 000 repair on a service. Went for a second opinion that ended up costing me R270 and passing the roadworthy without all their “broken” fixes. They also insisted that the brakes were completely worn. After charging R5000 to replace them they were worse off than before!! The second service center then picked up that the weren’t adjusted correctly. Absolutely pathetic. My car was better off before than returned from them. Can not recommend less.

They are over expensive, and it's clear they try to make money of people with 'labor' costs added to each individual item and then a separate entry for just labour. I recommend that people rather stay clear.

Great service from friendly and professional staff. The pricing was very affordable. I will be back.

They replaced my pistons. Took the car back twice as it didn’t sound or drive right. Was told nothing is wrong. Now engine ceased and they don’t want to accept responsibility although I had 2 independent reviews that told me it was because they didn’t install the pistons right. Major loss.

Not recommended at all. Very high prices on modern vehicles. No friendly customer service. Losing stuff from your vehicle.

Sadly, yet deeply disappointed in this Company. I went to visit the Stellenbosch branch today. This advertising is completely misleading. I took my car got quoted for more the R2000 then got a call later on if they should work on the car it’s going to cost me R16 000. To top this dissatisfaction, they charged me for just checking the car without working on it. It says Major service from R795, they just checked the car and it cost me R600. I left that premises deeply disappointed with 2 rear studs threaded, so basically paid to go and spoil my thread.Will definitely take this further.Poor service and Misleading.

Initially service seemed pretty good, with car care offering to help me out on price of a cylinder head skim after I had an issue in my Fiat Strada's coolant lines that caused engine over heat and subsequent warping if the cylinder head. Unfortunately after the head skim, problems arose - after initially having rather clean coolant, the coolant began to get progressively more full of oil. Far as I know oil and coolant should never come into contact with each other in an engine without an oil cooler such as the Strada I owned. UNLESS, there is a crack in the cylinder head (which Should have been addressed) or there is a weep due to improper seating of the head gasket (This is what they were supposed to have fixed) . About a week after the head skim, the car blew one of the coolant hoses off... Yes the hoses were old, but my mind came back to wondering wether the oil in the coolant lines had accelerated this process as oil is known to degrade hoses (and clamp popped off - which may not have properly been put back on). Car care did come out to assist and suggested replacing the lines at some stage, I drove the car home and 10 mins later it was leaking coolant again so I called them to come tow the car away, which i was told would be free of charge and they would deduct the tow off my charges for the pipes, and would I just pay the driver when he arrives. When I asked the about the tow, They said I was confused and they had never said that which was quite insulting.I had requested that I got an invoice ahead of time as cash flow was tight and I needed to know if I could afford the further expenses.They sent me the invoice on the day of collection, once the work was done.Additionally:There was a filthy dirty oil rag left on the seat, Oil still very much evident in the coolant and the replacement water hoses looked very second hand.Initially feel like they had good intentions, but feel they cut corners to get me a good price on the head skim which ended up being more costly in the long run, sad about the sloppy work at the end of this debacle.

5 Stars is not enough for the service I received from these guys. Timing chain had to be replace and I know it was a major job. Fast, friendly, very clean and very reliable service. They went above and beyond for me and I can tell you guys now, You have a client in me forever. Very grateful for everything.

Unprofessional, complete lack of technical knowledge and capabilities to repair or service modern vehicles, dispite assurances given.Took three days just to look for transmission filter they still could not locate. Lack of proper qualified supervision. Insisted on payment having done nothing apart from unnecessary stripping before the vehicle was released to be towed away.
