Twice now the manicure I did at the salon eroded before a week was over. The admin made their mistake my fault told me I took too long to say that I had this terrible experience for the second time now.

Went there a couple of months ago around 9am requesting a specific hair stylist that had styled my hair on my previous visit to the salon. Receptionist told me she was coming in after 12pm. I asked if I could make an appointment she said no I should just come back at 12pm. When I get there she tells me the lady is not yet in. About 5 minutes later a different stylist comes to tell me the person I am waiting for is not coming in at all. How do you not confirm such things before telling a client to come back later? I spent my whole morning waiting for nothing. Will never go back there again. Poor front desk assistance. It's not the first time that lady is just clueless about what's happening around her.

I have just wasted my time, petrol and energy.The claim is that the salon closes at 18:00.Here I am st 17:35 and I am told they have already closed.There is only one guy one girl ready with their backpacks ready to go. The place has been cleaned up and they have no time for clients.

I did gel on my nails on the 6th of October 2022 and by 10th October 2022it was some thing else... So disappointing cause they are expensive but I guess products used are cheap
