We had a booking at the Cape Town branch. My fiancé had the worst service. Reginald definitely profiled us as people that cannot afford their quality of suits. Also, he spoke with a condescending voice and attitude that made the whole experience a total waste of our time. I will not recommend this place and especially Reginald was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. The place looks amazing but Reginald made it a distasteful place.

Amazing selection of gifts for your registry! Gifts arrived all beautifully packed and wrapped in in wrapping paper! The extra attention to detail and care in your gifts is amazing! The customer service is great and I could not recommend them enough!!

Had a fitting in Cape Town two months before my wedding. Which was a good experience overall. From here on in it all went wrong. It took them almost 3 weeks to get a quote to me, I had to keep chasing them and calling for feedback. Then, to find out what they quoted me was way outside the budget we so meticulously discussed during the fitting.Then to be told sorry there is nothing they can do. Thanks for wasting my time. You guys are unprofessional and arrogant. I had to source a suit in a short period of time because of your poor service.Peace

Great experience going for the consultation / fittings and loved how my suit came out. Only reason they missed the last star was because of communication, other than that I'd totally go back again!
