TECHFITNESS
I have always been very skeptical about training because I'm lazy so let's begin there and I often feel very uncomfortable in training situations. I signed up for a trial session with Luke and I can definitely say I would highly recommend you do the same!The space is private and comfortable and Luke is absolutely professional in all the right ways. It was easy to relax and follow his guidance.I definitely felt the effects of the training the last few days and it was only a 20min session! The pricing is a bargain and I can't wait to sign up full time. If you're unsure like I was, give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
