Arranged to have my fish tank moved and clean. After multiple follow ups from my side eventually got a date only to then find that my tank had been moved but not cleaned. Full disclosure it was not in a good state and that was why I wanted to use the move (of 4 meters to a different corner in the same room) as an opportunity to get it cleaned at the same time. When I followed up to find out why it wasn't cleaned I was told I had not requested it to be cleaned!! Corals were left upside down, one broken tank & the tank was not filled up again properly after the move - pump was sucking air until I got home. For a price tag R2500 I would not have paid that just to have it moved. My lights were also not moved but I was told this was because he couldn't get hold of me - but he spoke to my husband why not ask him?? Very upset and disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

I can highly recommend Aquiticare to anybody looking for a high quality custom made tank. Riaan really knows his stuff and the quality of their products and workmanship is excellent. Their pricing is really good unlike many other companies out there who quoted me ridiculous amounts. They take the time to understand their customer's requirements and the end result really proves their dedication and passion for what they do. The custom built tank they manufactured for me really turned out amazing and the quality is outstanding. Riaan really went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you Aquaticare you guys rock!
