We woke up on Saturday morning with a tree in our swimming pool and assumed we would have to deal with it all weekend! We were very surprised when Jeffery was available on the same day and completed the job hassle free within a few hours. Great, professional and responsive service! We will definitely use them again!

The reason why I chose this business was purely because of the 5 star rating and experiences others have expressed... Jeffrey did come to us the same day to give us an estimate of how much the removal of 3 trees will be.. we said thank you, we'll let him know when we are ready to remove, as it's a house we just purchased and do not live there as yet. We also wanted to remove creepers on the house, so asked him to please quote for that as well. So he came the next day to quote without us being present. (In regular business, you receive a formal quote, sign and work commences). Yet he decided to take it upon himself to start the work with his guys without letting us know first and ignored us when we said we'll phone when we are ready to remove. We let it go and didn't say anything when he sent us pictures that the work was completed. He asked my husband for a R200 eWallet to buy the team some stuff they needed.. eWallet was done without hesitation. Now that we ask for an invoice before we make payment, he accuses us of saying that we were going to pay him cash and now his team is angry at him because they don't have cash?! We never promised cash and said we would be paying via EFT. It's a shame Google isn't allowing me to add pictures, as I have screenshots of the conversations with Jeffrey. Again, in business you receive an invoice before payment. Very unprofessional and accusing customers of not paying cash when no promise or agreement was made whatsoever to pay in cash. If you would like to know about pricing, we were quoted R6,300 to remove 2 medium and 1 small tree as well as creepers from the house. The best part, when complained to owner response was It's fine

Jeffrey and the team arrived and within record time, the trees and troublesome roots had been removed. The cleanup was fantastic as well. It’s hard to believe that there were trees there in the first place. Really happy with the result!
