Flik Damp Proofing (Natal) CC

Used this company for damp proofing,but after still having a problem they failed to honor the guarantee.Not an honest company.

Does this company still exist? I've been trying to make contact with them for weeks via email and voicemail on their landline.

After many months of going back and forth (starting 9 Dec 2020) the problem of water ingress still exists. I would have preferred not to have been lied to that the team had a solution for the issue we had. The cost of the repairs was not cheap either between 9-10k. I still have the same problem, in fact I think its worse than before, and Im out of pocket 9-10k. Emailing Peter on the 30th April, I have yet to receive a response.Updated!!! So after 8months of no response I get a message from flick to fix the problem, might be as a result of this review. They further damaged the walls and made the problem worse, blaming me for not telling them all the information (keep in mind I asked them to assess the problem) and have reverted back to their contract that says penetrating water will no be covered. Still waiting for any response for refund, crickets. Avoid!!!

Awesome job by a professional team. Left my home neat and tidy. Very happy
