My son was struggling with Accounting during his first year and first semester at University. The tutor managed via face to face tuition to get him up to speed and within a few months, his marks were improving. Fast and efficient response. My experience is that they have been honest and upfront about they can and cannot do. Although it has been a short experience thus far, it has been positive. We are happy with the tutor.

Very disappointed with the service. There is no feedback and poor customer service. Neither do the teach me to staff respond nor does the tutor. It is my first experience with them and does not look like it will last long. It has been 4 months and not once we have received a feedback from the tutor nor has teach me to taken any feedback of the tutors services. There is lack of process and poor communication .Numerous calls and mails to teachmeto with late or no response and frustration is all you get.
