Lowestoffe Country Lodge: Walnut
Great place to stay. Fully equipped and spacious. Beautiful fireside dining. Great character to the place. Very safe.Hikes and trout fishing. Be at one with nature.However, would recommend coming with a rugged vehicle like a 4x2 or 4x4 as roads not tarred. Drive through lovely scenery to Hogsback restaurants and supermarket.

Phenomenal host and beautiful setting. Great place for a weekend getaway. Very family friendly, horseback outrides available as well.

Wow! What a fantastic spot and excellent hosts! This was a place to ride bicycles, hike to the amazing gorge and waterfalls that one can't believe are not yet famous, and enjoy a myriad of healthy, outdoor activities. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped for such a remote-feeling location. We could get in on the farm roads using a normal car. Next time I need a stress unwinding I will dream of this place!

Incredibly beautiful scenery. Wonderful housing. Friendly and helpful service this is well worth more for a family than any other HOGSBACK place it's like having a private home to your own, instead of us having earlier BEFORE OUR STAY HERE, staying in a terrible little hotel that was dirty and half the things promised weren't there. That's not LOWESTOFFE they were BRILLIANT...
