Warning, be very careful when entering into a contract with Kallvest, they will not release you from the contract even if their service levels drop. Will not recommend this company.

The guards are friendly but firm at the same time.As a preventative service in general our guards are on the ball and prevent any incidents from progressing to full extent.Generally incident trends pick up as contractors work in the complex and this is a known. Our guards are vigilant during these periods and ensure we are getting proactive alerts and preventions.

I have no idea how much info is allowed to be shared but they are extremely friendly staff and always willing too assist.I dought the some books from them and it had a missing page or two, Ronel after hours assisted me with no hassle what sowever. Patrick is also always willing to assist.I will definitely recommend this company.

Kallevest needs to move Refiloe from Eagle Reef to another site. Ever since she started, we are being held hostage on our own homes because she thinks she works for the body Corp. Residence are complaining about her. We love the other guards, they know their jobs.
