Ineffective,inefficient,unprofessional procrastinators that don't even deserve 1 star, most horrible service,can't order anything properly, if they do it's wrong parts ,qoutes given isn't the price they want eventually. My time and petrol has been wasted literally everyday depending on them to suppy parts needed. Such a pity they the only Midas branch near me and i keep thinking they gonna step up but now I've given up, will go back when staff has changed.

Terrible customer service, product knowledge?? Debatable. Very unprofessional especially the old lady including the Cashier(haven't a clue what she's doing) The Manager?? Not so clued up either. Will not recommend anyone!! Just Shoddy service.

Worst experience ever il never support belhar midas again. Bought a faulty clutch cable took it back and the lady told me that i need to buy a new cable because they wont credit me with a new part.Driver was suppose to take it to supplier and still waiting on feedback from them.

Very helpful guys I must say unlike the Midas bellville branch theses guys know a thing or two about customer service. The little old lady working there could get a little annoying though as she's a bit of unprofessional by getting to comfortable with the customers so I would definitely recommend her to turn it down a few notches a little. But she harmless though. But I would definitely recommend this place .
