HP Store Rosebank

I went to HP Rosebank today with a problem of my laptop charging but not going above 15%. A guy called Nhlanhla attended to me as I entered the door. I explained my issue to him and he was quick to assist me. He found the problem and fixed everything. I’m really happy and satisfied with their service. They’re all friendly and have good customer service. I high recommend this store

I have been using HP all my life and have had struggles sometimes with their laptops and had to go to people to help me fix the problem, sometimes successfully and sometimes not. For some strange reason, early this year I had a problem with my laptop and decided to look for an HP store as I had tried a number of companies but with no success.I went to the Rosebank Mall store and was assisted by a young man by the name of Raphael. He was just such a God send. He attended to my problem with such professionalism and patience and I must say I left the store so happy and couldnt believe that we still have people that still take customer service so seriously. I would advise and encourage anyone using an HP to visit the store cause he will make sure you leave the store happy and satisfied.

Went with my mom to buy a laptop for her work. We were helped by Florence, she was very professional, kind and patient. She gave us excellent information regarding choosing the best laptop for the job and took the time to help my mom set it up after purchasing. Great service!

Great team at the HP Store in Rosebank ! My HP laptop battery died and didnt have the laptop charger with me. They let me charge my laptop at the store and cleaned my laptop while I was between meetings through the day. Great service!

Useless and flimsy printer. HP Color DeskJet Plus 4120. Didn't even last a month and the feeder dosent work since bought. They are unwilling to repair. Not gonna buy again their products

The store is conveniently located and the staff are very Profesional. The assistant store manager Ms. Madilonga was very friendly and knew her product very well as a result I am now a user of HP.

I bought a HP Smart Tank 530 printer a few months ago. We print less than 100 pages per month. The printer has broken for a second time and also it is positioned close to WiFi but loses connection all the time. We have now resorted to a LAN cable. Each time it goes in for repairs turn-around time is 3 weeks and courier costs are for your account. Worst and most expensive printer (ornament) I’ve ever bought.

I just wanted to commend the staff at the HP store for their incredible customer service - particularly Katleho and Ryno. Katleho helped me tremendously from the beginning, setting aside a product for me and keeping the store open a few minutes later than usual (thanks to Nhlanhla as well!) so I could run through the mall to get it. When the product wasn't cooperating with my setup, Katleho and Ryno did everything they could to help make it work. And finally, when I had to return the product simply because it wasn't compatible with my system, Ryno stepped up to take it back and give me a reimbursement even though the box had gone out with the recycling a few days earlier, eeek! They were always so friendly and so helpful, and I feel like you don't find that level of service very often. So a big THANK YOU! And please buy from them when you can. :)
