I have used Tenaz for 3 months started March 2022 and what an awesome experience. I have lost 14 kgs diring that time and changed my eating habits completely. I was never hungry and the shakes were really good. I have been on my current weight for 5 months without Tenaz and without gaining any weight. I am planning to get Tenaz again for two months or so to loose another 10kgs to reach my ideal weight.

I have tried so many times to change to a healthy lifestyle and so thankfull that I have finally found something that really works. There is very easy to follow steps to follow and I really do not get hungry. I know it is still a long way to go but the support from Tenaz are amazing.
